Return and refund policy

Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.

Condition of Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags. Any signs of wear or alteration will void the return.

Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Customers may request a different size, color, or product, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at contact@Novalira.store with photos of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Important Notes: Keep your original shipping receipt until your return or exchange is complete. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.
